The Rotary Foundation Donations

The main gift arm of Rotary International is The Rotary Foundation. It is funded by direct gifts from members, clubs and interested individuals. Through it Rotary has become one of the largest granters of scholarships around the world. Since 1985 we have been working to eliminate Polio from the world. The Western Hemisphere is free of wild polio virus as are many other parts of the world. We hope to complete this effort in 2005, our centennial year. Find details of all these efforts at www.rotary.org.

Thanksgiving Dinner and CDE of Williams College

Explained in detail under Special Events. The program gives foreign students on an intensive nine month crash course two hours of friendship with Rotarians who are leaders of the community. They love the break and then go back to their hall and study to the wee hours of the night.
