Tuesday Meeting

Williamstown Rotary holds its weekly meeting at 12:15 pm every Tuesday. Lunch is served at 12:15 pm. Rotary’s business meeting starts at 12:45 pm, followed by the featured speaker at approximately 1:00 pm. The meetings are adjourned promptly at 1:30 pm.

During the business meeting, Williamstown Rotarians may be publicly "fined" in recognition of a significant event in their personal or professional lives. Fines are contributed to the support of the club's many service projects. One may donate “Happy Dollars” in addition to fines to make announcements or tell why one is happy that day.

It is the Program Chair’s responsibility to plan interesting, informative, and special community meetings for the month designated during the year. The Program Chairs will ensure that a proper balance of all phases of Rotary and community affairs is maintained by following the monthly themes published by Rotary International. Any members wishing to offer program suggestions are requested to put them in writing and send to the Secretary of the Rotary Club of Williamstown.
